Warranty

We make our products to be durable and beautiful, and the corrosion protection we use keeps their quality consistent for many years.

12-month warranty

All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided they are used correctly, as intended and according to our recommendations. The warranty covers defects arising from the production process or from the material.

Repairs after the warranty

If a product is damaged mechanically, or after the warranty has ended, we offer quick post-warranty repair. If a clear manufacturing fault appears after the 12 months, we will consider a warranty repair individually.

Certificate of quality

On request, every product we make can come with an individual MB Nylec certificate of quality. Our work is made to delight not only you but many generations after you.

Your statutory rights

This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer’s rights under the statutory warranty for defects or, for consumers, under the rules on goods that do not conform to the contract. These rights apply in addition to the 12-month warranty described above, and we will gladly explain how a claim is handled before you order.
