1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the website mbnylec.com (the “Website”).

The owner of the Website and the service provider is Mieczysław Nylec, running a business under the name M.B. Mieczysław Nylec, Sandomierska 55, 39-200 Dębica, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 8721319799, REGON 180114669, e-mail: mbnylec@gmail.com (the “Service Provider”).

These Terms are the rules referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

2. Services on the Website

Free of charge, the Service Provider makes available:

  • browsing the content of the Website – photos, descriptions and videos of our products and projects,
  • a contact form that allows you to send an enquiry to the Service Provider.

The agreement for browsing content is concluded when you open a page of the Website and ends when you leave it. The agreement for using the contact form is concluded when you send a message and ends when we reply.

To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser, and to send the form, also an e-mail address. Sending unlawful content through the form is prohibited.

3. Informational character of the Website

The texts, photos, videos and product descriptions on the Website are for information only. They do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.

The products shown are examples of our work. Dimensions, design, material, finish, the terms and the completion date are agreed individually with each client, and the contract for making a product is concluded outside the Website on the terms agreed with the client.

Colours and textures in the photos may differ slightly from reality, depending on the lighting and the settings of your screen.

4. Copyright

The photos, videos, texts, designs and patterns of products published on the Website are protected by copyright and belong to the Service Provider or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

Copying, distributing or using them for commercial purposes, including making products to the designs published on the Website, without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited. Sharing a link to a page of the Website is allowed.

5. Complaints about the Website

Complaints about the operation of the Website can be sent to mbnylec@gmail.com or in writing to the Service Provider’s address. We deal with a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and reply in the same way in which it was submitted.

Complaints about products we have made are handled in accordance with the contract, the warranty terms and the law.

6. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Final provisions

The Service Provider may change these Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law or in the scope of services. A change takes effect when the new version is published on the Website.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. These Terms do not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
