To meet expectations, all products offered by our company are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and our recommendations. The warranty covers defects resulting from the production process or defects in the raw material.

If your product is damaged or destroyed due to mechanical reasons, or is damaged after the expiry of the warranty period – we offer the possibility of quick post-warranty repair.

If the 12-month warranty period expires and the product is clearly damaged due to the fault of the manufacturer – we will individually consider the warranty repair.

However, we would like to assure you that our company’s products are manufactured in such a way as to please our eyes and many generations to come.

At your request, each product made by us can be provided with an individual certificate of quality MB Nylec.
