Wrought Iron Orangery and Winter Garden (AA6)
An orangery takes the idea of a gazebo indoors.

AA6 is a free-standing glazed pavilion with tall arched windows, a pitched glass roof and forged cresting along the ridge, in the tradition of the iron-and-glass conservatories of nineteenth-century country houses.
Behind the slender glazing bars there are hundreds of hand-forged parts: brackets, finials, scrolls and the ornamental frieze under the eaves. Projects of this size are led by our senior blacksmiths together with a metalwork designer, because the frame has to carry glass safely as well as look beautiful.
Where an orangery works
Clients use buildings like this as winter gardens for citrus trees and palms, as garden rooms for entertaining, as dining rooms for restaurants and as ceremony spaces at wedding venues. Every orangery is made to order for one specific site and its dimensions.
