BP162F is a massive garden wicket with a fully built-up pattern. Its complex, multi-layered structure is full of forged details: lattice, scrolls and studs under a crested top.

Lattice above, scrolls in the middle

The upper part of the leaf is filled with diagonal lattice and a forged flower, the middle with a decorative panel of symmetrical scrolls, and the bottom with vertical strips lined with studs. The arched crest with scrolls and the lamps on the pillars create a grand, classic entrance.

Depth on a closed leaf

The lattice, the scrolls and the studs sit at different depths, so the closed leaf never looks flat. Bronze accents on a dark ground pick out the detail against the pale brick of the pillars.
