Full Gate with Forged Lattice (BP169)

The main decoration of BP169 is a majestic blacksmith’s lattice fixed with decorative rivets, with rosettes at the crossings and forged leaves in the crest.

It is made by hand from steel, and we can extend the same lattice into a property fence so the gate and boundary match.

Squares and circles

The gate is built from geometric fields, squares and circles, filled with a fine lattice. Bronze forged rosettes of leaves sit at the centres of the circles, and the lower band is closed by lattice framed with a row of rivets. The drawing is orderly and symmetrical yet very decorative, and the multi-layer build gives the gate depth and full privacy. We match its proportions to the width of the drive and hot-dip galvanize it.
