Massive Forged Pillar (S5)

S5 is a heavy pillar made in a fully closed technique, so it blocks the view into the property. It is ideal for carrying a full forged gate.

Together they give a beautiful entrance and complete privacy, as the lantern-topped pillar in the photo shows.

Stiff enough for heavy leaves

The walls of S5 are covered with dense gilded ornament on black, and a tall cornice carries a forged lantern. The closed construction makes the pillar very stiff, so it can hold heavy, full gate leaves. In the photos the S5 pillars form the backbone of the gate set BP259, joining the gate, the wicket and the side fields.
