Passing Through – Emotional Steel Sculpture (Z114)

Z114 is a truly remarkable sculpture that invites reflection and evokes in its viewers the feeling of time passing, of thoughtfulness and confusion.

It affects the emotions, makes you think and leaves plenty of room for your own reading of its message.

Its greatest strength is the material: steel, a very noble metal, and the fact that it was made entirely by hand. The sculpture is highly refined and detailed.

Months of work

A seated figure with oversized, rounded limbs hides its face in its hands, while polished spheres cluster around its head like thoughts that will not settle. The mirror finish reflects the room, so the sculpture changes with every viewer and every light.

It is 120 cm (47 in) high, and on request we can make any other height. Creating each piece takes several months of an artist’s work.
