Wrought Iron Railing in Versace Style (BA45)
BA45 takes its inspiration from the Versace look: bold Greek key bands run along the railing, punctuated by small and large medallions, giving a balcony instant glamour.

With designs like this, precision matters as much as the pattern itself. Every key has to meet the next perfectly, which takes skill and experience.
Versace railing design for balconies and terraces
The pattern works on straight and curved balconies and on terraces, and it can be matched to window grilles or a driveway gate. See all our exterior wrought iron railings for more ideas.
A Medusa at the centre
One version of BA45, made for a semicircular balcony, carries a medallion with the head of Medusa at its centre, the most recognisable motif of the Versace style. The Greek key runs along the whole handrail, and inside the frame crossed bars and classic scrolls keep the rhythm. In the photo the railing stands between white columns, where the dark steel and the meander look crisp and graphic.
Structure and ornament together
The railing is divided into clear zones: the top and bottom rails close the structure and frame the ornament, and fitting it to the arc of the balcony required a precise bend while keeping the pattern repeating along the whole length. We make railings like this with structure and ornament created at the same time rather than in two separate stages, so the detail is part of the steel itself, not an applied decoration.
