Balloon – Stainless Steel Sculpture (Z INOX 15)

This hot-air balloon with its basket is made entirely by hand in stainless steel, with a hook to hang it from the ceiling.

It is 32 cm tall (40 cm with the ladder) and 45 cm around the balloon, and weighs 1.5 kg.

Ropes, net and a basket

The envelope is wrapped in a net of twisted steel ropes that run down to the basket, whose sides are filled with fine mesh and edged with small studs. Polished and brushed surfaces alternate, so the balloon catches the light from every side as it hangs from the ceiling. It makes an unusual decoration for a child’s room, an office or a travel agency, and a memorable gift for anyone who loves flying.
