Exclusive Forged Door Canopy with a Steel Roof (AD2)

AD2 is roofed with steel sheet rather than glass, so it reads as a solid hood over the doorway.

Its curved front edge sweeps out into scrolled points, and the brackets below are a tangle of forged tendrils climbing the stone-clad wall.

A forged pendant lamp hangs beneath the canopy in the photo, lighting the step after dark. The whole roof is heavy, hot-dip galvanized and completely weatherproof, and we can change its proportions to suit your door.

Leaves along the edge

Forged leaves and tendrils run along the curved edge of the roof and continue down the brackets, so the whole canopy reads as one plant composition. It is one of our finest door canopies and an example of what artistic blacksmithing can offer, with every detail forged by hand. Other designs are shown among our forged door canopies.
