Forged Cannon (PPOZ1)

PPOZ1 is a faithful replica of a historic field cannon: a long steel barrel on a wooden carriage with big spoked wheels, and a pyramid of cannonballs beside it.

Every part was made in our workshop. It makes a great piece for a castle courtyard, a museum or a garden.

Barrel, carriage and wheels

The steel barrel is ringed like the originals, and the wooden carriage and spoked wheels are bound with steel straps and rivets. The cannon is made at 1:1 scale purely as a decoration, never as a working gun. For outdoor use we protect the wood and steel against the weather, and the barrel length and wheel diameter can be adjusted to the place where it will stand.
