Decorative Wrought Iron Park Bridge (AM2)
Modelled on the footbridges that once spanned mill races and estate canals, AM2 puts its decoration exactly where people first meet it.

Each end opens with a large forged volute, while the middle stretch settles into a steady rhythm of plain loops, so the eye travels across the water instead of stopping on the railing.
Lighting built into the railing
The version shown carries four lamps with shades shaped like opening flowers. They light the deck after dark and can be connected to an existing garden lighting circuit. We are just as happy to build the bridge with no lamps at all, or with more of them.
For private gardens and public parks
The deck can stay level, as in the photo, or lift into a gentle arch over a stream or a pond. Because the frame is hot-dip galvanized, it copes with spray, frost and de-icing salt, which matters on municipal paths and hotel grounds. Span and width are calculated for the foot traffic you expect.
AM2 is one of many pieces of garden architecture in forged steel that we make for landscaped grounds.
Old-forge style
The railings follow the old blacksmith tradition: richly decorated at the start and end, calmer in the middle. The length is matched to the site, and the bridge can also be built on a curve.
