Forged Gate in the Gothic Style (BP164)

BP164 brings Gothic architecture to the driveway.

A large roundel at the top recalls the rose window of a cathedral, pointed tracery and lattice fill the leaves, and a row of spikes runs along the crest.

It was designed for buildings with an extraordinary character: neo-Gothic villas, castle-style homes and historic estates.

Heavy sections, real metalwork

The frame and decorative details are made from thick sections, and many different blacksmith techniques were needed to achieve the Gothic look. The whole gate is forged steel, hot-dip galvanized for a long life outdoors, and sits comfortably among our other traditional wrought iron gates.

For churches, castles and residences

We designed BP164 for houses and residences, but its natural setting could just as well be a church, a monastery or a castle. Our workshop is known for some of the most unusual entrance gates in Poland, and this one shows why: the tight lattice of pointed arches, the rose window above the meeting point of the leaves and the crest of sharp spearheads are all taken straight from Gothic and neo-Gothic architecture. If the building has lancet windows or tracery of its own, we can repeat their exact proportions in the leaves.

Built to keep its outline

Gothic detail only works when every point and arch is crisp. The elements are forged and shaped one by one, assembled on heavy frame sections and protected by hot-dip galvanizing, so the gate resists knocks and the weather and keeps its outline for decades. It also pairs well with other classical styles, and it can be set between stone or brick pillars or combined with a metal fence in the same pattern.
