Forged Lamp in Manor Style (OGD13)

OGD13 is a solid lantern in the spirit of an old country manor: a black lantern head on a stem wrapped in forged leaves and scrolls. The standard height is 120 cm (47 in).

It is heavy, intricately made and hot-dip galvanized. You can see it in person at our showroom.

Frosted glass and acanthus

The lantern has frosted glass framed by forged acanthus leaves and stands on a base of large, hand-shaped acanthus. We often place these lamps in pairs at a front door or along a drive; more are shown among our low garden lamps.

Black steel and milky glass

Black steel and milky glass give the lamp a classic manor character, and in the photos it stands in front of a wooden entrance door with arched windows, where its height suits the scale of the porch. The lamp is very heavy and solid, so it stands steadily on its base for years.
