Full Forged Gate with Greek Columns (BP85)

Gilded Greek columns frame each leaf of BP85, carrying thick cornices beneath a high arched top. Between them, scrolls and a Greek key band complete the classical picture.

It is a very massive gate, made single- or double-sided, with ornament shaped using traditional artistic blacksmithing techniques.

Architecture readable from afar

The columns are light gold-beige, with capitals and bases as in a classical architectural order, while the dark fields between them carry the forged scrolls and the Greek key bands, and an arched top marks the centre of the entrance. This contrast makes the architectural detail readable from far away, and the gate goes well with stone pillars and with facades that refer to classicism. The steel is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, and we set the width and height individually.
