Spatial Entrance Gate with Owls – Functional Art (BM61)

BM61 is a driveway gate made of steel using the methods of artistic blacksmithing and metal sculpture.

Every element is forged by hand by a master blacksmith, and the gate is a functional work of art.

It is made in the spatial technique: every detail is as three-dimensional as it would be in nature. Despite its large mass and size, the gate opens very wide and very lightly, so it is easy to live with.

Owls on guard

Large steel owls stand on top of the pillars, one of them with its wings spread as if about to take off. Between them, deer and other forest animals move among the forged branches of the double gate. In the photos the family dogs inspect their new steel neighbours, which shows the scale of the sculptures.

Made to the client’s brief
