Forged Fence in the Form of a Tree (BM6)
BM6 is a fence in the form of a tree: a thick trunk rises from the end of a curved stone wall, and its branches, covered with leaves, spread along the whole span.

The spans are made entirely by hand from steel and are extremely solid: a running metre of such a fence can weigh several hundred kilograms. We make them to order, and any part of the pattern can be changed.
From trunk to crown
The trunk, finished in a copper-brown bark tone, stands at one end of the span and splits into several heavy limbs. They run along the dipping top line of the wall, thinning out into twigs covered with small green leaves. Because the composition grows from the bottom upwards, it looks natural and never top-heavy.
Our own three-dimensional technique
The branches are not a flat drawing. They are arranged in several planes and at different depths, so the fence plays with light and shadow, from close up and from far away. The spans are made in a three-dimensional technique developed in our company, and we are the only company in the world that can professionally make this type of forged fence for you.
Shaped to the wall
On a curved wall, as in the photo, each span is shaped to follow the line of the masonry, so the tree seems to grow along the wall rather than stand in front of it. The species of tree and the density of the leaves can be chosen with you, and a wicket and an entrance gate can be made in the same style. More nature fences are part of our collection of sculptured fences.
