Classic Wrought Iron Railing (BA29)
BA29 is made in the traditional way with a dense pattern that looks beautiful and keeps the stair safe.

We suggest old gold or light brass with plenty of black, and the handrail can be steel, wood or brass. It suits private houses, hotels and public buildings.
A dense, rhythmic pattern
BA29 is built on a rectangular frame filled with spirals arranged at a steady rhythm, matched to the height of the stair. The pattern is dense, which makes the railing look rich and keeps the stair safe: small children cannot slip through and there are no wide gaps to climb. Starting posts at the bottom reinforce the run and give the composition a clear beginning.
Colour combinations we recommend
We usually suggest old gold or light brass accents with plenty of black, which gives depth without looking showy. The handrail can be steel, wood or brass: steel for a uniform metal look, wood for warmth, brass for a formal, polished touch. A lighter handrail, as on the railing in the photos, emphasises the line of the stair.
Homes, hotels and public buildings
Because it is sturdy and easy to maintain, BA29 suits private houses as well as hotels, restaurants and public buildings with heavy daily use. The elements are forged from solid material and work together with the frame, so the railing keeps its rigidity for years. For larger buildings we coordinate the design with the architect and the building regulations that apply.
