Stepped Wrought Iron Garden Bridge with Lamps (AM6)

Instead of a smooth deck, AM6 climbs over the water on a flight of timber treads, which allows the arch to rise far higher than a walkable ramp could.

The result recalls the moon bridges of classical Chinese and Japanese gardens, translated into European blacksmith work.

Six lamps and a lattice balustrade

Three lamps stand on each side, mounted on the posts and fitted with opal glass globes. Between them runs a traditional blacksmith’s lattice of diagonal bars, overlaid with forged flowers and tendrils. Matching fittings are also available on their own in our range of forged garden lamps.

Finish and dimensions

The bridge is hot-dip galvanized and then coated with high-grade paint, so the steps, posts and lamps stay sound through every wet season. Height, length and step depth are worked out together with you before any forging begins.
