An Elegant Wrought Iron Railing (BA63)
BA63 has a traditional palace form with an interesting style of forged leaves and many hand-cut details, finished in a brass colour.
You can choose a steel or wooden handrail.

Leaves, spirals and a ring band
BA63 runs along the stair in a broad, calm line of ornament. Large spirals open one after another, long forged leaves sweep between them, and a band of rings at the bottom ties the composition together and gives it a firm horizontal base. The brass-coloured finish over the dark steel brings out the shape of every leaf, especially in the warm light of a hallway.
The photo shows the railing in front of pale marble, where the openwork keeps the space light even though the pattern is rich.
Steel or wooden handrail
The handrail is a matter of feel as much as looks. A wooden rail in oak, ash or walnut is warm to the touch and softens the ironwork; a steel or brass rail continues the metal line and suits more formal interiors. Both are fixed to the railing so that they can be replaced or refinished later without touching the ironwork.
