Demon Bug – Steel Sculpture on a Polished Stone Base, 320 cm (Z125)

Z125 is a giant garden sculpture, 320 cm (10 ft 6 in) tall, made by hand from steel and mounted on a massive block of polished basalt.

Together the sculpture and the stone weigh about 1,500 kg (3,300 lb).

It shows a demon in the form of a beetle-like creature with many legs and a face that recalls the famous Predator, coiled around the top of the stone as if it had just climbed out of the earth.

Extraordinary detail

The sculpture is made with remarkable precision and an exceptional level of detail. Segmented armour plates cover the body, long jointed legs grip the rock, and the head with its tall crest and open jaws is built from dozens of separately forged parts. The contrast between the dark, textured steel and the smooth, polished basalt makes the whole piece look even more dramatic.

It is in stock, so you can see it in person and buy it without waiting.

Every one of our sculptures is unique, because each is made by hand by master metal artists.

An even bigger creature, a crawling demon 300 cm long, is shown on a separate page: our Demon sculpture Z66. More figures are among our metal warriors and characters, including the Predator.
