Forged Fence in the Art Nouveau Style (BP45)
BP45 was designed to set off a stately house, and its elegance comes from simplicity: gently arched spans with a few Art Nouveau curves, nothing more.

In the photo it surrounds a large white villa, where it frames the architecture rather than competing with it.
Made to measure
Any detail of the fence can be changed to suit you, and every run is made to the length of your boundary. Other Art Nouveau and classic designs are collected among our wrought iron fences.
Soft lines, quiet decoration
BP45 draws on Art Nouveau, the style of soft lines and natural curves, but uses it with restraint. Each span rises in a gentle arch, and a few flowing curves, rather than dense ornament, give it character. The fence attracts attention through detail, not through the amount of decoration, which is why it suits buildings that need a decorative but discreet setting.
Keeping the softness of the line
Hand forging is what preserves the softness typical of Art Nouveau. The steel is shaped with precision but also with a feel for the curve, so the lines flow into each other without kinks or visible joints. The structure remains solid while looking delicate, and every fragment is carefully fitted to the whole.
A frame for a stately house
Around the large white villa in the photo, the fence complements the shape of the building and the garden rather than competing with them. It can serve as the representative front at the driveway or enclose the whole property in one consistent style, bringing a sense of order and harmony to the grounds.
Art Nouveau ironwork also pairs well with natural materials, such as stone pillars, brick or a clipped hedge, and with lighter colours on the facade, which make its dark curves stand out.
- arched or straight spans,
- curves and tendrils added or removed to taste,
- a matching driveway gate and pedestrian gate,
- black, dark green or bronze finish.
Why Art Nouveau still appeals
Art Nouveau appeared around 1900 as a reaction against heavy, historical ornament. Its designers took their inspiration from plants, water and flowing lines, and blacksmiths of the time made some of the most beautiful gates and railings in Europe. That language still feels fresh, because it is based on nature rather than on fashion.
On BP45 we use only a few of its typical lines, so the fence keeps the elegance of the style without becoming theatrical. It is a good choice for villas from the turn of the century, for houses with large windows and soft roof lines, and for new buildings whose owners like gentle, organic forms.
