Forged Small Park Lantern (OGD29)

OGD29 is a square park lantern with frosted glass panels and a domed, leaf-trimmed roof, standing on a sandstone base: low, sturdy and calm in shape, like the lights of an old manor park.

The openwork roof has a frieze of scrolls and a finial, and the milky panes spread the light evenly to the sides. The lantern is made entirely of steel and is completely resistant to the weather, so it can stay outside all year.

Lighting a long path

Set at regular intervals along a path or the edge of a lawn, these lanterns give a soft, even light. In the photos they line a brick-paved walk and a large landscaped garden.

Stable without a foundation

The stone base keeps the lamp stable without an extra foundation, and we choose the height of the lantern and the type of stone to suit the surroundings.
