Forged Bench in the Form of a Tree (MK83)
MK83 is a garden bench made by our master blacksmiths to look as if it had been put together from gnarled tree limbs, although every part of it is forged steel.

The “branches” twist into the legs, armrests and backrest, and their surface is folded and rough like old bark. Here and there small feathered leaves grow out of them. Against all that movement the seat is calm: smooth, dark timber slats laid side by side.
No two benches alike
The limbs are shaped freely by hand rather than bent to a template, so each bench comes out differently. If you order an MK83, you get your own piece, not a copy of the one in the photos. It is made with techniques our blacksmiths developed themselves, and you will not find steel garden benches like it anywhere else.
The steel carries a dark patina with copper highlights, deeper in the hollows of the bark and lighter on the edges, so the texture reads clearly even from a distance.

Beside a pond or under old trees
MK83 belongs in a natural setting: by a pond, under mature trees, next to a rock garden or on a stone path, as in our showroom. After a season it looks as though it has always been there. It pairs naturally with our gate with a forged tree, and several benches of this kind can be tried out at our showroom in Dębica. The full range is in our forged garden benches.
