Openwork Lattice Door for the Garden (DZ17)

DZ17 is an openwork door formed as a forged lattice with unusual, fanciful shapes, set in an arched opening with warm lighting behind.

It works indoors and in gardens alike, and it manages to look solid and light at the same time.

Stems that climb the arch

The lattice closes an arched passage into the garden, and its drawing does not stop at the frame: stems with flowers climb further up the arch of the wall, while a fine grid and calm scrolls run along the lower part. In the evening the lights bring out the shadows of the plant ornament on the walls of the passage. We use similar motifs in garden wickets when an entrance should have a Mediterranean feel.
