Church Door with Adam and Eve (DZ19)

DZ19 is a church door made entirely by hand from wrought bronze. Its relief shows Adam and Eve on either side of the Tree of Knowledge, whose branches spread across both leaves.

Figures in high relief

Adam and Eve are worked in high relief, standing beneath the Tree of Knowledge, and the branches and leaves of the tree fill the whole upper part of both leaves. We make bronze reliefs like this by hand, and every scene is created to an individual order from a parish or a private client.
