Traditional Stained Glass for a House, Residence or Palace (WDR6)

WDR6 is a traditional arched stained glass window with a symmetrical design: golden scrolls and a central ornament in the fanlight, and slim leaded panels with yellow diamonds below.

The pale, lightly textured background lets in a lot of light, while the golden details give the room a warm glow.

Classic elegance

A design like this suits period houses, manors, palaces and classic residences, where it emphasises the arch of the window and the symmetry of the facade. It is made using the traditional lead technique, in which each piece of glass is held in a lead came and soldered at the joints.

The same pattern can be repeated in several windows to give a whole floor a consistent character.
