Eskimo with Dogs – Steel Sculpture (Z87)
Z87 is a full-size figure of an Arctic traveller in a fur-trimmed parka, standing beside two sled dogs, all forged from steel.
It was made for a client’s order, and we can create a similar sculpture with any character.
Thousands of small pieces
The texture of the fur on the man and the dogs is built from thousands of small, hand-formed elements, and the figures stand on separate steel plates. The group suits Scandinavian-style houses, hotels and mountain lodges, and the number and arrangement of the dogs can be changed.
Two huskies on a leash
The man in a fur hat and jacket leads two husky dogs on a leash, and their thick coats, pointed ears and curled tails are shown in great detail. In the photos the group stands in front of a white brick building and among stones, where the grey steel looks like frost. More sculptures of people are shown among our metal characters.
