Metal Sculpture of a Farmer Holding Grain (Z130)
Z130 is a life-size sculpture made by hand from steel, showing a farmer holding the fruits of the land, ears of grain, in his hand.
It was made for the town of Ciechanów as the calling card of the newly opened Green Market (Zielony Targ).
Every detail was made by hand by our artists, and together with our other sculptures it decorates the town. We can make any other steel sculpture to order.
A symbol of work and tradition
The sculpture shows a farmer in a realistic pose, wearing a hat and holding ears of grain: a symbol of hard work, tradition and respect for the land and nature. It stands in the central market space of Ciechanów, where it acts as the calling card of the place, catching the eye of residents and visitors. Its form and message have made it an important part of local identity and an artistic symbol linking history, culture and the present day.
In the photos it stands beside our basket of fruit and vegetables and the balance scale.
From sketch to finish
Every detail was developed by hand, from the first concept sketch to the final finish. The sculpture is made entirely of steel, which guarantees durability and resistance to the weather. The surface is properly protected, so the work keeps its look for many years without losing its expression or sheen. It shows how steel art can work with public space, creating a meeting place and a source of inspiration.
Its theme suits Ciechanów and the surrounding farmland perfectly. It pays symbolic tribute to people who work the land, showing their strength, determination and attachment to it. It is not only a work of art, but also a statement of respect for the farming tradition that has been the foundation of Polish culture and economy for centuries.
Sculptures for towns and private clients
We create steel, forged and artistic sculptures to individual order, for towns and public institutions as well as private clients. Every project is designed for the place where it will stand, so that it blends with its surroundings and conveys the right emotions. The farmer in Ciechanów is a fine example of precise craftsmanship, artistic vision and a durable material working together.
If you are looking for a steel sculpture made to order to emphasise the character of a public space, a garden, a park or a company headquarters, we will create a unique work for you. Our sculptures combine passion, experience and the highest quality of workmanship, which makes every piece special and full of artistic energy. We can also make companion pieces, such as a farmer’s wife, a harvest cart or farm animals, so that a whole scene can be created in one place. See more life-size steel figures.
