Wrought Baroque Wall Lamp (OGD16)
OGD16 is one of the richest sconces our workshop produces: a large baroque lantern in an ornate frame of scrolls, leaves and finials.
The lantern has frosted glass and a rich crest and sits on a bracket of dense scrolls. Each of these lamps is a masterpiece of blacksmithing, made by hand from start to finish, and in ornament and workmanship they stand comparison with anything made today.
Black steel on a pale facade
Black steel contrasts strongly with a pale, decorated facade like the one in the photo. The sconce suits townhouses, palaces and classic houses, where a large lantern is in proportion to tall windows and heavy doors.
One design for the door and the drive
We make lamps for posts and low walls in the same style, so an entrance and its driveway can share one design. For the full range, see our wrought iron wall sconces.
