Forged Baroque Palace Wicket (BP158F)

BP158F is one of the most beautiful wickets we make, its baroque ornament modelled on the ironwork of French palaces. Dense scrolls and acanthus fill the tall leaf between brick pillars.

It accompanies our Petit Palais style gate BP158 and is a true work of blacksmith art.

Large scrolls, upright bars

The openwork leaf is built from large, symmetrical scrolls, with vertical bars in its upper part and a rich crest on top, so it repeats the palace drawing of the gate in a narrower format.

A set or a separate entrance

We make the wicket as a set with the gate or as a separate entrance, to measure and hot-dip galvanized. In the photos it stands between brick pillars, whose warm colour contrasts with the dark, openwork ornament. It is one of many designs in our palace wickets.
