Forged Fence Span with a Pheasant (BM17)

BM17 is a forged fence span with a plant scene: steel trees and leaves, and a pheasant at the centre, made at 1:1 scale.

The trees, the pheasant and every other detail are made of steel, and all elements are three-dimensional, not flat. The whole span is hot-dip galvanized.

The pheasant as the main figure

The pheasant stands on a low branch in the middle of the span, its plumage picked out in copper and gold, its long tail stretched out behind it. On both sides, twisted trunks rise and lean towards each other, and their branches with green-patinated leaves close over the bird like a canopy.

Change the trees, change the animal

We can make a similar span for you or change any part of it, for example the layout and shape of the trees or the kind of animal at the centre.
