Forged Lamp with Roses (OGD26)

OGD26 is made entirely of steel rose stems, flowers and leaves that twist into a column and close around the globe. The upper part lifts off so the bulb can be replaced.

The globe sits in an openwork basket of leaves and roses, and the stem is wrapped in shoots with more flowers. A silvery-graphite patina emphasises the delicacy of the steel roses, so the lamp looks as if it had grown rather than been made.

Indoors or in the garden

In the photo a pair of lamps stands indoors, but for gardens we make a version in galvanized steel. The lamps look good at an entrance, in an orangery or in a rose garden. For a matching railing, see our stair railing with roses.

From path light to tall lamp

We can make OGD26 in any size, from a small path light to a tall lamp, and related designs are in our forged lamps.
