Forged Steel Shell Canopy with Polycarbonate (AD12)

AD12 shares the shell idea with AD11 but gives it a lighter, more open frame, set here against red brick above an arched wooden door.

Its ribs radiate from a crest of scrolls, and the edge rolls over like the lip of a seashell.

The roof is solid polycarbonate, and rainwater leaves through two decorative gargoyles rather than ordinary downpipes.

Sheltered from wind and rain

AD12 is a massive canopy over a door, roofed with polycarbonate. Its arched sides come down low and shelter the entrance from the wind, and the roof slopes towards the building and to the sides, into small gutters that end in gargoyles shaped like dragon heads.

A brick facade and a wooden door are the setting in which it looks best. We make other forged canopies with polycarbonate in many sizes; see our forged canopies.
