Highlander Style Garden Bench (MK61)

MK61 is a rustic bench in the spirit of the Polish highlands: the seat and back are natural half logs with the bark edge left on, set in a forged frame.

It suits log homes, cabins and natural gardens. We make garden benches of all types and sizes.

Every bench slightly different

The split logs keep their natural grain and irregularity, so no two MK61 benches are the same. They are held together by a massive steel frame with exceptionally thick fittings, which are as much a decorative feature as a structural one. The raw pairing of wood and steel suits mountain, rustic and loft-style gardens.

Raw nature, careful craft

The wood was carefully selected and worked so that its original form is emphasised while the bench stays comfortable to use. The metal elements are not simple joints; they are an important aesthetic feature, made with real blacksmith skill. MK61 is a bench with a strong character that catches the eye and builds the atmosphere of a place, while remaining a practical and durable piece of furniture.
