Palace Interior Railing (BA94)

BA94 is a richly decorated palace railing for interiors, with a symmetrical composition and a gold finish. Hand-formed details give the staircase a grand character and emphasise the prestige of the interior.

A sculptural composition

The elaborate ornament of this railing rests on a harmonious arrangement of spirals, rosettes and plant motifs that form a coherent, sculptural composition. The white and gold finish is not just a colour: it brings out the depth of the detail and the handwork in every element.

In our workshop the steel is shaped with traditional artistic blacksmithing methods. Individual parts are formed one by one and fitted to the geometry of the stairs, so the whole keeps its proportions and structural stability. The ornament is an integral part of the structure, not an added decoration.

Light between the floors

Massive starting posts create a clear entrance accent, and the openwork infill lets light flow between the floors. This railing is meant for grand interiors where the staircase is the central architectural feature, and for spaces where detail, proportion and a strong setting for the stairs matter.

The openwork panels are divided by carved, fluted posts topped with decorative finials, and a wide, profiled handrail in ivory ties everything into one palace line. We finish the leaves, flowers and volutes in silver and gold, so the ornament catches the light of the chandeliers.
