Traditional Palace Fence (BP39)

BP39 is a tall fence in the palace manner. Long bars rise between rendered pillars, and each panel is crowned with an ornate crest of scrolls.

It is made of strong material, and every decorative element follows the traditional art of forging steel.

Tall bars and an openwork crest

BP39 is a tall, representative fence in which slender vertical bars lead the eye up to a richly decorated top. Above each span rises an openwork crest of forged volutes and spirals, finished with a lily motif and small gilded leaves. The lower part of the spans is closed by a band of oval rings, which balances the decorative crest and keeps the composition orderly.

Between massive pillars

The fence looks best between massive, light-coloured pillars on a stone base, which emphasise its palace character. That is why BP39 suits manor houses, residences and large park grounds. Its height is fully scalable, from a representative front to long runs along the boundary, where the crests can appear on every span or only near the entrance.

It is worth planning the whole entrance from the start: lanterns on the pillars and a driveway gate with a similar but richer crest give the frontage a clear focal point.

Hand-forged crests

Every crest is made by hand in our workshop. The volutes are formed hot and the leaves and finials are forged individually, so the ornament keeps the character of craft rather than of a repeated moulding. Gilding is applied only to selected details, to light up the dark steel without overwhelming it.
