Viking Boat Drakkar – Stainless Steel Sculpture (Z INOX 5)

This Viking longship, or drakkar, is made completely by hand in stainless steel, with a dragon-head prow, a square sail, round shields along the sides and removable oars.

It measures 47 × 37 × 28 cm (19 × 15 × 11 in) and weighs 6 kg. Fans of the Vikings may also like our life-size Ragnar Lodbrok sculpture.

Planks, shields and a dragon prow

The curved hull is built from separate planks, the round shields line the gunwale and the long oars reach out on both sides, while the carved-looking dragon head rises high at the bow. The ship stands on a small stand, so it can be displayed on a shelf, a desk or a mantelpiece. It is a gift for a sailor, a history enthusiast or a fan of Norse sagas. See it next to its siblings in our stainless steel sculptures.
