Half-Solid Forged Gate (BP80)

BP80 is half solid, half open, and that balance makes a heavy gate look light and airy.

Dark solid panels carry gilded scrolls and forged leaves, while fields of riveted lattice let some light and a little of the view through.

You get privacy while still being able to see what is happening at the gate. The decoration can be applied to one side or to both, and the gate is made to order by our metalworking masters.

An oval eye at the centre

Flowing, interlocking bands of solid infill meet in the middle to form an oval eye filled with fine lattice. The wavy top line rises towards the centre, and gold leaves and scrolls add warmth and movement to the composition. We make the gate to measure and hot-dip galvanize it, with a wicket in the same drawing. As a half-solid design it sits between our fully screened gates and the openwork traditional wrought iron gates.
