Massive Forged Palace Gate (BP1)

BP1 is an elite, powerful gate weighing several tons.

In the photo the crown is fixed and the two leaves below it open, and the crown is set so high that a truck passes beneath it with ease.

We can place the crown at any height, or build the gate so that it opens completely, crown included. It is prepared for automation from the start.

Openwork grandeur

Unlike our solid privacy gates, BP1 stays openwork, letting the house be seen through a screen of scrolls and bars, exactly as at the great palaces of Europe.

Crown, leaves and foundations

The top is a tall openwork crown of rich scrolls and leaves, and the leaves combine a rhythm of slender vertical bars with dense bands of forged ornament at the top and bottom. Together with a colonnade and a classical facade, the gate creates a monumental, palace-like entrance.

We design the structure individually for the width and height of the opening, taking the weight of the leaves and the foundations into account, and the whole gate is protected by hot-dip galvanizing. For a wider choice, see our traditional forged gates.
