Forged Hunting Fence with a Wild Duck (BM20)
BM20 catches a wild duck in flight through forged vegetation, beneath arching branches in front of a house.

The plants and the bird are completely three-dimensional, just as in nature, and the span can be adapted on request.
A duck caught in flight
BM20 shows a wild duck flying low through forged vegetation, beneath branches that arch over the span. The bird is clearly visible but does not dominate, so the scene keeps a calm, harmonious rhythm. Plants and bird are fully three-dimensional, just as in nature, and the whole span is forged by hand from steel, so it is entirely metal and stable for years.
A scene rather than a pattern
The composition is not built on a classic division of the span but on a scene from nature, which suits an artistic fence better than a utilitarian pattern. Hand work shows in the transitions and the way the lines are drawn, so the metal never looks schematic. Some elements stand out of the main plane, which gives a subtle three-dimensional effect, especially from the side.
Your version of the scene
We made this span for a client, and for a new order we can produce a similar one or a version fitted to another place: a different layout of plants, other proportions of the bird, a denser or lighter background. Ducks pair naturally with herons, reeds and water lilies, and several such spans can tell a whole story along a pond or a stream. Similar designs are collected with our hunting fences and gates.
