Traditional Balustrade in White (BA18)
BA18 is made from materials chosen so as not to overwhelm, and it is finished in white, which looks far more delicate than darker tones.

In the photo it curves around a landing under a chandelier, adding lightness to the whole room.
Light materials, light colour
BA18 is made from sections chosen so as not to overwhelm, and finished in white, which looks far more delicate than darker tones. Soft spirals and evenly spaced details follow the curve of the landing, and the handrail runs around it in one smooth line. In the photo the balustrade encircles a landing under a crystal chandelier, and the white steel adds lightness to the whole room.
Following the curve of the landing
A curved landing is one of the hardest places to fit a railing, because every span is part of an arc. We shape the frame of BA18 to the exact radius of the landing, so the posts stand evenly and the ornament keeps the same proportions all the way round. Hand forging gives the spirals a natural depth that pressed parts cannot reach.
Why white enlarges a space
A white openwork railing does not block the light from windows or from the chandelier, and it blends with pale walls, so the stairwell appears larger than it is. That makes BA18 a good choice for open galleries and representative stairs in classical interiors. Stable fixings and a well-planned layout of spans keep it rigid for years of use.
